Craig M. Trager
Mr. Trager has been involved in both the restaurant and nightclub business for over twenty years. Mr. Trager managed Tuttobene Restaurant, owned by well known restaurateur Silvio Dimore. He then went on to be the Managing Partner of Babylon Restaurant. Mr. Trager then founded Vintage Bar Group Inc. in 1998 to own, operate and design bar/lounges in the Los Angeles area. Mr. Trager was responsible for the conceptualization of Daddy’s Bar & Lounge, The Well, NoBAR, The Woods and The Fifth, all of which Mr. Trager currently owns and operates except for Daddy’s which closed in 2006 due to condemnation.
In all businesses, Mr. Trager was responsible for overseeing the restoration and renovation of leased premises, design elements, budget issues, staffing, public relations, events and day-to-day management of those business enterprises.
Vintage Bar Group, Inc, offers a wide range of services varying from consulting and management services to design and event planning.
Michael Gans
Michael M. Gans has been involved in the restaurant/bar business for the past eleven years. He previously owned Red Café on Beverly Boulevard, Rebecca’s Santa Monica and The Brentwood. Mr Gans then became managing partner for Foodco, Inc. Foodco is the parent company for Broadway Deli, Capo, The Brentwood, Brasscap and Cora’s Coffee Shop. Mr Gans was in charge of all management staff and day-to-day operations.
Mr. Gans left Foodco Inc. to form MG Liquid Management to own and manage bars and restaurants. The principal shareholder of MG Liquid Management is Mr.Gans. Mr. Gans currently owns and operates The Well, NoBAR, The Woods and The Fifth. MG Liquid Management is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company overseeing the selection of liquor inventory, menu selection and cost control, staffing and day-to-day management and operations of the Company
